It has been 2 weeks since the Open Championship finished at the home of golf so, I thought I would share my ROGs review of the St. Andrews Links: Old (yr 1552), New (yr 1895), and Jubilee (yr 1887). Architects: Old Tom Morris (Old/New), Alister Mackenzie (Old) and John Angus (Jubilee). The courses and town are genuine and there is this almost magic feeling experiencing all of the history. Bonus: Home of the golf is king of publics with Sunday’s closure for public/park. Do not forget that that most of the St. Andrews Links are sandwiched together and the other tracks are fantastic links. Cheers! (My photos are from May 2013 and Sept 2015)
